Bobby Eastland Jr. & Bryan Eastland
Eastland Construction, Inc. is proudly led by brothers Bobby and Bryan Eastland of Mount Juliet, TN. With over 30 years of experience, President Bobby Eastland, Jr. brings both industry knowledge and academic training—holding a degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University. His leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have helped establish Eastland as one of Middle Tennessee’s most trusted home builders.
Bryan Eastland, Vice President and partner since 2010, has been with the company since 2000. He plays a key role in quality control and customer relations—overseeing walk-throughs, service after the sale, and overall homeowner satisfaction. His steady leadership and dedication make him an essential part of the Eastland team. Together, Bobby and Bryan lead with the same values they were raised with—integrity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to building homes that stand the test of time.

That legacy continues today with Bobby and Bryan Eastland leading the company forward, while Tayler Eastland, Bobby’s son and a Project Manager, represents the next generation. A graduate of MTSU with a degree in Construction Management, Tayler works closely with the team, learning every facet of the homebuilding process. Every home they build carries forward the legacy of a family deeply rooted in Middle Tennessee and dedicated to building more than just houses—homes where families thrive. With a strong family foundation and a dedicated team, Eastland continues to build homes that reflect the care, quality, and trust the company was built on.
