I engaged Jody and Janet 9 months ago when I first started to initiate my move across the country which entailed selling my home in Seattle and subsequently purchasing in middle Tennessee. I had already reached out to professionals in the community and heard nothing but great reviews on Eastland. I called the phone # on the listing and both Jody and Janet picked their phones up on the first call, this is rare. Their responsiveness and effort to provide me the initial information I needed immediately separated them from the other agents I had engaged. They simply do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, and do it better than any other agents I have worked with. They are gems in the real estate industry and the Builder that they represent operates with the same level of integrity and professionalism. Before I knew it, I was on a plane and walking a few of their properties in the forest of Lebanon neighborhood, that’s when I knew if I didn’t buy the home I initially walked, I was only interested in buying an Eastland Home. From the beginning conversations 9 months ago to my final walkthrough with Mr Eastland, Jason, and Janet last week, I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience they provided me during my stressful move across the country. My wife and I will do everything in our power to refer others to Eastland Construction because the way we were treated can not be monetized. Thank you so much, we will not forget it!

We just bought a home by Eastland and I truly cannot say enough great things about them! The quality and craftsmanship is next to none, and they have mastered every detail. At our final walk through, Bryan was beyond knowledgeable and took the time to go through the home with us while giving us tips and tricks on how to preserve our investment—something I have yet to see another builder do. Jason was also quick to find answers to our questions about parts of the house and a “get-it-done” kind of guy! They truly stand behind their product and are so kind and just great people! I am so grateful we came across them. If we were to ever build again in the future, Eastland is our only choice! They are exceptional!

My husband & I purchased a new Eastland home last year & we couldn't be happier. We looked for several years at other builders, but none compared to Eastland. I live in an Eastland and have sold several over the last few years. Hands-down, one of the best builders--if not THE best--in the area when it comes to quality, service, and warranty. Ignore these one-star reviews and go see them any weekend they have an open house (just about every weekend). Ask other Eastland homeowners. They will all tell you the same thing: buy an Eastland!

We purchased our home in Timber Ridge over two years ago from Eastland Construction. As someone who also works in real estate, I say without a doubt that Eastland is the best of the best. We purchased an Eastland home last May of 2022. We were happily content with our home in Mt Juliet behind Mt Juliet High school. Once we took a peak at Eastlands open houses on Easter weekend we fell IN LOVE! Has us questioning if we were in our “forever home”. We were so excited and honored that our offer was accepted since those time we knew we were up against a hot market. Bobby Eastland, Debbie Melvin, Jody Kelly and Janet Merlin ALL came together to welcome us to Eastland home ownership. Cannot put into words how beautiful and how “NO TWO FLOOR-PLANS” are alike and no two have the same finishes. We are still within our first year of any warranty and must commend Terry with the warranty team who visits with such a smile ready to adjust anything after closing. Jennifer at the front office ALWAYS answers the phone with a “can do” and “willing to help and listen” attitude. The overall experience was

We have owned two Eastland homes. We recently moved out of Middle Tennessee and we miss the exceptional quality of Eastland so much! Our current builder tried to tell us that issues we have with our current home are just normal and “there is no perfectly built home” but I told them that the last two homes we had from Eastland were pretty close to perfect! I guess you could say we are a little spoiled! Buy Eastland! It will be the best decision you ever made!
